There is this great antique store in my hometown with mounds of vintage jewelry. I bought these earrings originally made to be clip-ons. I have never really been a big fan of clips-ons because they always hurt my ears by the end of the day. I snapped off the clip-on backs to the earings and attached regular backings. I found the regular backings at a craft store near by and was happy to find them. So now I have at least 6 new pairs of earrings that are ready to wear. And I bought them all for just a few dollars!
