Fabulous Fall!

Natural, earthy tones were the autumnal colors presented at New York Fashion Week currently on runway. Of course there were a lot of the regular fundamentals: ivory black, charcoal gray, frost white, and brown, there were also some vividly plush colors, like scarlet red and all different shades of deep green. Olive green was the most favored for the season. That’s great information for the majority of us because most any of these work well as investment pieces that will greatly out-live their “official” season and have a place in our wardrobes for many years.

Perhaps the most “important” color trend for Fall 2010 is a rich, deep red that looks as if it is going to carry over into other areas, like accessories and even makeup. Look for lots of rich red lipstick next fall.

I love this look. Wearing tights with shorts is just a quick summer to fall transaction ....and it's very cute!

Very simple, but these looks are great for this fall!
