Colorful Expression

This season, color blocking is a must. Although it may take some time because of the trend in the winter, this new style will take it's toll. We go from a nuetral base from last season... to a wide span of color this season. Surprisingly, mix matching non-coordinating colors, used to be a fashion don't a few years back. What used to be tacky is now "fabulous". This new trend is closet friendly. All it takes is a few bright pieces and you can through together many marvelous outfits. If your budget isn't very available at the moment, keep in mind that you can always go to the supermarket and pick up a packet of colorful die. Soak an old bland skirt in the die, and you have a new color blocking item to show case! My favorite designers for this trend so far are Prada and YSL. They both did a fantastic job with their runway productions and collections.
