A Little Dilemma

I ordered these oxfords a few weeks ago. I went to check my e-mail this morning and had an unread message from Urban Outfitters. It just so happens that these oxfords are on back order and won't come in till May!!!
I can't decided if I should wait for them... or cancel the order and get another pair. I have been look for a good while and finally found oxfords that I like. Should I cancel my order? This is five months away!!!!

    Well, since they won't charge you until is ships, I say buy another pair and see if you really like them. At least this way, you'll have these on 'hold'.

    That is a hard decision! It depends on how bad you want them. You should look and see if anybody is selling those on sites like ebay.

    it is quite a while away, i would check other websites first to see if you find another pair you end u liking just as much or more. try steve madden they have so many oxford types !

    These are great, but I'm all about the instant gratification...I say CANCEL because there are bound to be some other things that you fancy. :)

    Loving that oxford!! I want to say you probably will find a better deal in Forever 21. But it depends on how much you love it, I do get backorder items from UO before but they do shipped their items pretty fast, compare to what they said.

    I'd cancel! Although they're cute, waiting for them for 5 months would reduce the excitement. And you never know what else you start liking better in that much time! :)

    This is quite the dilemma!! I know how you feel because whenever I shop I want everything immediately right now in my hands!!! And whilst these are very magical, in 5 months time you may have developed an extreme allergic reaction to all things oxfords!

    but lets think back, oxfords have been super super fun and cute for quite a while now! and I'm no fortune teller but I have a feeling they will still be super super cute by May!! yes yes they will!!

    and think about how exciting it will be when they arrive in the mail having you totally forgotten them! surprise mails are the best kind!!
